We're back with another great new Blether, this time with Whisky Distiller Guillaume Brunet.

A passionate spirits maker with hands-on experience in whisky, cognac, and wine covering vineyards in Provence to distilleries in Peru, Cognac, and Scotland, Guillaume has led distillation, blending, and quality control for both craft and heritage houses.

Always eager to push flavour boundaries, he now finds himself at the helm of Scotland's first wood-fired distillery in two centuries - The Moffat Distillery.

We catch up with what's going on at Moffat as they hurtle towards creating some wonderful whisky.

Blether with us from Islay!

Well, one of us is! Cat will be joining us live rom the Feis Ile as we welcome Alex Thomson from his Scottish Tour Company Full Scottish Experience.

Formerly a member of the teams at Glenturret and Aberfeldy, Alex's past has a firm whisky base, with an emphasis on tourism, so to have him on our blether will give agreat insight for our Bletheren, many of whom come to us from overseas!

Maybe you'll learn a thing or two about visiting Scotland - and we've even given you a direct contact to boot!

**Announcement**
