Served with noodles, eggs, mushrooms, pak choi and sweetcorn rubbed with Angus & Oink Honey Chilli. Topped with Angus & Oink Hungry Oink’s Miso Hungry (with a spoonful of Bovril) and a sprinkle of spring onion

BOOM!💥 Karate night so needed a quick dinner after - step up Noodz‼️
Angus & Oink Hungry Oink’s Tom Yum Noodz with noodles (obviously), sweetcorn, spring onion and, after a quick dive in the freezer, some chipolatas wrapped in bacon cooked up for Christmas dinner.
I am loving ramen. So quick and simple yet really delicious.
Today I have used a piece of leftover chicken from Friday night on top of noodles with sweetcorn and spring onion with Angus & Oink Hungry Oink‘s Tom Yum Noods

Chicken breast marinaded in soy sauce, honey and Angus & Oink Teriyaki rub sat on top of noodles, veg and Hungry Oink’s Miso Hungry ramen mix.
Last weeks was delicious, this one is even better. A slight kick to it - enough to make your nose runny - and so full of flavour.

Pork belly (halloumi for the missus) rubbed with Angus & Oink Chinese takeaway. Served on top of a bed of noodles cooked in Hungry Oink’s Tom Yum Noods with baby corn, peppers, pak choi, boiled egg and spring onion with the liquid poured over the top.
Your rum bacon jam done will drop it off tomorrow once it’s all cooled down and when I can walk again
