Eggs!
Eggs have been a topic of the moment with the debate about imported eggs.

Well what we know is ours are from hens who live about 2 miles from the shop!

And those hens are properly free range, have plenty of outdoor space, indoor space, fresh air and sunlight and, basically, everything a hen would ever need!

For us, traceability is very important: we like to know where our food comes from!

Just our shop front today!

And I’d like to tell you a bit about our veg boxes in case you’d don’t already know!

Using as much locally grown produce as possible, every single box we make is different!

You tell us what you don’t like, you can tell us what you use more regularly and there’s a size/price to fit every household.

Locally grown: it’s fresher, and much of the local produce is cheaper than you’d get in a supermarket!

If you choose delivery, you don’t even need to be at home when we deliver!

Delivery locations include:
Westhill, Bridge of Don, Newmachar, Oldmeldrum, Dyce, Kingswells, Alford, Dunecht, Monymusk, Kemnay, Kintore, Blackburn and Inverurie.

If you’d like delivery, just let us know in your message.
We also have a few spaces for a weekly pick up available.

Yes it’s official, we are creating our very own Santa’s Grotto!

We’ve had a word with the man in the red suit and he’s going to be available in our grotto in the shop on
Saturday December 12th: 10am-4pm
Sunday December 13th: 12noon-4pm
Friday December 18th: 3pm-5pm
Saturday December 19th: 10am-4pm
And Sunday December 20th: 12noon-4pm

Each time slot will be for 10 minutes and you can bring more than one child per slot.

Cost is £14 per child and every child gets a wrapped gift and in Santa’s grotto they can also bag their own reindeer food.

To book:
Please send us a Facebook message with:
* Your preferred date and time.
* How many children you’re booking for and their names & ages (so we can allocate the correct gifts!)

We’ll check availability and get back to you asap with payment details.
Slots are confirmed once payment is received.

It is our first year doing this so do please bear with us!
We hope to make this a success and something we can do year on year.

Mrs Green Grocer has spent months working on this to make it super special!

(Our Santa has an up to date PVG certificate.
After your booking is confirmed, it can’t be refunded but should your availability change, let us know and we will try our best to swap our time to one which suits.)

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW AT 7:30PM!

We don’t want to give too much away just yet (though we’re sure you can guess!) but for anyone with kids, there’s a little extra Christmas magic heading your way! 🎄❄️🎅✨
