As a family run business we take pride in our everyday running of the business and want to provide all our customers with the highest level of service, whether that’s customer relations, quality control or our accounts.
Please be aware there are no changes at this stage, this is just a consideration. All customers will be contacted individually if there are to be any changes made.
Due to the recent increase in costs, in particular fuel, we’re reviewing our delivery schedule to help manage expenses and maintain the quality of our service. As a result, we may need to reduce the number of delivery days we can offer by 1 to 2 days for smaller orders. And whilst we are one of the only companies in this field that offer no minimum order we are having to look into this. This will allow us to consolidate routes, lower fuel consumption and manage the rising cost of wages. This will Also enable us to operate more efficiently and also would allow us to maintain pricing as competitive as possible and continue our reliable level of service.
