Welcome to my page, filled with pictures of my baked goodies and treats! Read on to find out a little bit more about me :)

In my spare time I love to bake! I bake anything from bread to cookies, cakes to pastries; and my family and friends get the benefit of testing and enjoying such treats. I am 100% self taught in cake baking and decorating, pastry and bread but have picked up a few new skills and rounded off already known knowledge when I studied catering and hospitality for 3 years at Suffolk New College. Courses

included, Lv2 and Lv3 Professional Cookery, Lv2 Patisserie and Confectionary and Lv2 Cake Decorating.
