So We're pretty guilty of trying everything we stock in our shop; we're excited about it and of course there has to be a level of quality control.

This week we have started stocking Angus and Oink BBQ seasoning pots so of course we've had to try some.
We went for slow cooked St Louis ribs generously covered with Angus and Oinks 'Sweet Bones and Butts' which is a sweet maple barbecue rub designed for slow cooked pork.

We currently have six different seasonings available designed for beef pork and chicken.

St Louis ribs are always available on request.

We are now offering meat boxes for home delivery starting next Friday! (15th of may)

We have two boxes on offer right now, a Family Box and a BBQ Box

Family Box:
- 6 of our signature old English sausages!
- 750g of our steak mince
- A whole chicken weighing 1.9kg
- 5 of our boneless pork chops
+ Butchers choice of the week is 1kg of beef brisket
