One last push to get as many tractors going to Princetown Tractor Run 2024 (In Memory Of Caroline Druett) tomorrow. Please don’t let the weather put you off, this is going to be a great day come rain or shine.. and to show some support for John Druett and Mark Druett who have quite frankly worked their asses off organise the tractor run. Remember it’s £10 per driver, bacon rolls and tea and coffee on arrival and food and a raffle when we get back. With some really great prizes. (Food and drink isn’t available in the price)

John and his brother mark have organised a tractor run in aid of their late mum who sadly passed away in April and all proceeds go to the air ambulance. The tractor run is at Princetown and you can arrive anytime after 9 for a 10.30 start. This is for a great cause and let’s try and get as many tractors as we can for John and mark. Now we are a week on and the dust has settled I just want to say thanks to all involved that made the day happen.. firstly RSM Beares who went above and beyond to help us make this happen and pulled out all the stops..

secondly Decal Shed who designed and put together all the posters and signs in a short space of time.. we really appreciate it.

To all the people and business who donated to the raffle and gave their hard earned money to St Luke's Hospice Plymouth. We really do appreciate it..
the Turn out of people was actually overwhelming considering the weather..

cream.

Massive thanks to Harry at The Mini Bar for his patience before the event and setting up in the mud and rain.. 🤣 legend

I could go on and on but thanks for everyone who showed up for the tractor run.. we couldn’t of done it without your support..

But the big question is are we doing it all again next year?

Yes we are so keep an eye out next year for dates… 😬 are we mad? possibly but we want it bigger and better then this year…

so that leaves my final Thankyou to everyone at whitehouse farm and druett for helping me every step of the way, and to Alex Vincent for giving us a hand to set up and providing us with the generator.. and I best say thankyou to my wonderful wife who absolutely worked her ass off on the day and didn’t stop! Without all these people this just couldn’t happen.

Just a quick reminder tomorrow the bar is card only, the bbq is cash and card and we have some stall holders that will be cash and card, so please make sure you have either your card or some cash as there isn’t any cash machines close by! Good evening all, so today we have finished setting up the fields, please when you arrive tomorrow respect and follow the signs it will be greatly appreciated! We have put so much time and effort into making tomorrow a success and we won’t let the weather spoil it tomorrow we have gazebos, and a marquee where a band will be playing so there is shelter if needed. Please do come along and enjoy the day there is plenty for everyone!

🚨🚨 Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, we are almost there we are only 1 day away from our First Tractor Run and Funday and we are all very much excited. We have one final push today to get the fields ready and we can’t wait to welcome you all tomorrow morning arriving from 9am please. Please have cash ready on the gate for tractor run entry’s as Adam and I (John) will take your cash and give you a voucher which will get you a bacon bap and tea/coffee or cold drink. 🚨🚨

So today the fields have started to come alive with activity 😍 another good day tomorrow and we will be ready and waiting to welcome you on Sunday morning ☺️
Don’t forget the road run will leave at 11am sharp and we will be back for around 1pm for an afternoon of entertainment, we have a bbq serving Burgers, Hotdogs and pork rolls, ice cream, bar, stalls, lots more and 3'S A croWd band starting at 2pm playing until roughly 5pm. We are super excited to be holding this event all in aid of St Luke’s Hospice

🚨🚨 So this is a pre advance warning for people who are travelling on Sunday between 11am and 1pm the tractors will be leaving Ugborough at 11am heading towards Ivybridge and down through the high street, we will be making our way to Lee Mill, Smithaleigh, Lyneham Pub, Deep Lane, Serpells, Yealmpton, Emmington and back to Ugborough so if you are heading in any of those directions please give yourself extra time and please please respect our drivers and be patient, remember this is a charity event and we will try and keep disruption to a minimum, thank you 🚨🚨

Over the next couple days the signs will be going up, the field will start to come alive with activity and we are very much looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday.
