PIZZA, PINTS AND FLATBREADS!

We’ve another packed week with the realise of this year’s community b**r and a new pop up food offering as well as our own sour dough pizzas.

THURSDAY 15th
We’ve the release of our this year’s first batch of the Village, our community b**r, made from hops grown by Ivybridge Allotment Association and labels printed by Colourbridge South West Limited . It will be pouring in our taproom from Thursday and we’ve a limited release in 500ml bottles - you’ll need to get in quick to get yours!
Our shop is also open 10-2pm.

FRIDAY 16th
We’re closed in the morning but then our taproom will be open from 5-9pm and you’re welcome to bring in your own food.

SATURDAY 17th
We’re excited to have a new food offering from the Cornish Flatbread Company. They’ll be serving up their spiced lamb, chicken shawarma and satar and char flatbreads from 2.30pm. We can’t wait to try these delicious sounding dishes! Our taproom opens at 2pm.

Sign up is open for our next quiz on the 21st of October. You can add your team to the list in person in our shop and taproom or by direct messaging us.

Timings are as usual with our taproom opening at 6pm and the quiz starting at 7pm.

We’re so pleased that our friends Chennai Street Kitchen have chosen our taproom for their last pop up of 2026.

They’ll be serving their amazing food from 4pm tomorrow and can take pre-orders at [email protected]

After an amazingly busy week last week, we’re ready to go again!
This week we’re keeping the Oktoberfest vibe going and have food treats for you too.

HELLES L***R AND A BRANDED STEIN
We’ve still got plenty of our Oktoberfest special NINE FINGERED HELLES left and will also be keeping our offer of one of our branded pint glasses and your first b**r for £15.

THURSDAY NIGHT = PIZZA NIGHT
On Thursday we’ll be serving up our sour dough pizzas from 5-8pm and we’ll again have plenty of toppings for you to build your own as well as gluten free and veggie/vegan options.

FRIDAY NIGHT = GAMES NIGHT
On Friday night we’ll get our games out for those of you who want to play and, of course, you’re welcome to bring in take away food if you like.

WHAT AN AMAZING OKTOBERFEST!

Thank you to everyone who came along yesterday and made our Oktoberfest such an amazing community event.

We were packed inside and out all day and are so proud of our amazing team of bar staff who worked incredibly hard throughout!

Also thanks to Stu’s who kept the bratwurst coming all day and to Ivybridge Butchers who supplied the sausages.

Together we all brought something very special to the heart of the town and showed that communities really can do special, positive things for the place they call home!

FIVE FOR OKTOBERFEST!
SEVEN BEERS IN TOTAL!
POURING TODAY 12-9pm

Our brewing team have pulled out all the stops to create five special b**rs for our Oktoberfest today.

PILS 42 - Is a special version of PILS21, conditioned for 42 days to give an even fuller Pilsner flavour

9 FINGERED HELLES - Is a classic Helles-style, slightly darker and full of malt flavours alongside classic German hops.

MARVELLOUS MARZEN - The traditional Oktoberfest b**r packs a flavour punch and should get you in the Oktoberfest mood!

KITSCH KÖLSCH - Brings the classic crisp style of this hybrid
b**r from Köln

UNKLE DUNKEL - For those of you who like a darker b**r, we’ve also brewed a Bavarian Dunkel - brimming with chocolatey maltiness

We’ve also got our two IPAs Erme Pale and Moorland Mosaic pouring for those you who want a familiar taste.

And don’t forget you can be part of the BRATWURST CLUB and have some tasty take away food prepared by Stu’s to go with your drinks.

AND…you’ll get a chance to buy your own IBC BRANDED STEIN to drink from and as a memento!

🌱 Vegetarian/vegan option: Stu’s famous falafels — or vegewurst sausages if we can get our hands on some.

You can order in our taproom and collect and pay from Stu’s via their back door.

A reminder of a special event at our taproom on Wednesday when we’ll be hosting Ivybridge Rotary.

We’re proud to be one of their chosen causes this year and we’ll be giving a presentation celebrating the impact we’ve had on the lives of our amazing trainees, some of whom will be talking about what they like about working at the brewery.

You can also find out the good that Rotary do within the community and how you can get involved.

Our taproom will be open from 5-9.30pm and the presentations will start at 7pm.
