For customer Information and staff wellbeing, if any adults/parents are sending their kids to the shop under the age of 13 alone could we please have a slip or message written with the order on so there are no confusions. If that cannot be done then please either come to the store yourself or call the numbers to place an order. When the food is being packed and prepared in front of the kids as well as orders being repeated back then should be the time to say the order is right or wrong not after. Once food has been taken we cannot give you a refund back unless it’s in the same conditions as it has left. This also implies to comments about hair in the food, please check and bring it back so we can confirm before the refund. Hope you all can understand. Thank you
