When was the last time you had haggis?

Did you know that we make our own haggis to a recipe has been tweaked and perfected over the last 12 years!

Here’s Ryan filling some balls ready for the counter this weekend.

He made us very aware of how much he hated making haggis as an apprentice because the mixing was done by hand, he used to stink of it for days and he could never get them to the right size but now he has a big mixer and fancy machine that fills them all to the same weight 😎😂
