Hummingbird Preserves is a home based micro business near Haworth in West Yorkshire. Situated overlooking the Bronte Moors where possible I use home grown and locally sourced produce (depending on season and demand), which not only has environmental benefits, but mostly because the less travelled an ingredient has, the fresher and tastier it is. However, I do also purchase produce from oversea's f

or example the award winning Seville Orange & Cardamon marmalade is made from the juiciest Oranges from Seville, Spain. My preserves are lovingly made by hand in small batches using a traditional open pan method. Preserves are available as 220g e jars,175ml e bottles, wedding favours, catering size jars or as gift sets. Please feel free to share our page with your friends and family!
