We sell breeding red deer and also breeding Stags of the best quality fed on good green grass and our silage grown on our family farm. I have being looking into Deer for the past 3 years and the demand of Venison in the UK, This is a family business and we all work to the best of our ability and as part of a team here at Blackculphin. Venison is a red and very lean meat with a lovely rich taste, I

have learned alot with thanks to the the deer park project and Mr Fletcher. My first small herd of deer have come from Mr Rupert Shaw who has joined the NFU and has a quality assured deer and cattle farm in Dumfries. I have a Stag coming this year and another 10 hinds which I am very much looking forward to collecting in the next 6 months. I am aiming to breed my hinds and offer my venison locally going into 2018. Our Story

My first small herd of deer have come from Mr Rupert Shaw who has joined the NFU and has a quality assured deer and cattle farm in Dumfries, We are very happy to be able to sell on to the best of our ability good quality breeding hinds from great bloodlines in our stag. We are very excited to offer vension from a fridge on our home farm in the near future.
