Ardnamurchan Tokaji Cask 52%, £69

A limited edition 8 year old from Ardnamurchan in the Highlands. Distilled in 2018 from 100% unpeated spirit, matured in 28 ex-bourbon barrels that were finished for two years in Tokaji casks from Hungary, with two ex-bourbon barrels also included in the vatting.

Expect fresh pear and green apples. Sugared almonds, candied ginger, rose petals and pine wood with a balanced spicy finish.

NEW RELEASE 🆕
Mystery Malt Series 6 Thompson Bros, £65

The next series of the acclaimed Mystery Malt is now available from independent bottlers Thompson Bros. The release is taken from 38 different parcels of single malt, drawn from 30 different distilleries across all five official regions of Scotland, with ages ranging from 6 to 29 years old. In line with the Mystery Malt concept, the specifics of each bottle remains a mystery until the bottle’s seal is removed and the contents are disclosed.

Aberdeenshire 12yo Little Brown Dog 46%, £49.50

The first permanent core range expression, distilled at Glen Garioch, from independent Aberdeenshire producer Little Brown Dog. Matured for 12 years in a combination of 60% first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and 40% Oloroso and PX sherry casks.

Dornoch 6yo WhiskyBrother Exclusive 54.4%, £135

A very special single cask release from the Dornoch distillery, with a custom label image of the iconic Dufftown clocktower opposite our shop. Distilled using floor malted Maris Otter barley on 18 February 2020, matured for 6 years in a first-fill bourbon octave, and bottled in March 2026 with only 91 bottles released.

Glenwyvis Baineach 46.5%, £60

The second limited edition release in the Highland Legacy Series from GlenWyvis. The Baineach, meaning Weaveress, honours the women of the Scottish Highlands whose skill with wool and loom shaped the heritage of a nation. Matured in a combination of first-fill Ruby Port barriques and a refill Oloroso hogshead.

Expect milk chocolate and beeswax. Oily with fizzy sweets and ripe pear turning into dark chocolate.

Speyside (M) 14yo Signatory 48.2%, £60

A small batch release from an “undisclosed” distillery in Speyside, bottled by Signatory in their Small Batch range. Distilled in 2011, matured for 14 years in a combination of 1st-fill and 2nd-fill Oloroso sherry butts.

Expect fresh pink berries and a hint of oak and tannins. Red juicy fruits, sweet vanilla and almond with a rich oak and spiced biscuits finish.
