✨ Delicious Canapés Served Last Week! ✨

Last week at the Jim Clark Motorsport Museum, we served a wonderful selection of handcrafted canapés for a special gathering honouring Mrs Jeanna Swan, as she retired from her role as Lord-Lieutenant of Berwickshire — the first female ever to hold this historic position. 🥂

Our menu featured bite-sized, flavour-packed creations, all made with fresh quality ingredients. From savoury classics to light, elegant bites, every item was carefully prepared to taste amazing and look perfect, ideal for guests to enjoy while mingling and celebrating this important milestone.

It was a pleasure to provide the catering for such a meaningful occasion. We join everyone in wishing Jeanna all the very best in her well-deserved retirement!

A spectacular celebration at the historic Marchmont House this weekend!

While the ceremony took place elsewhere, the reception was all about coming together over home comfort food.

We kicked things off with a choice of classic Scottish starters: delicate oak-smoked salmon with king prawns and traditional haggis with whisky mustard cream sauce.
For the main event, we served a family-style carvery right at the table. There is something so special about guests carving and sharing a meal together—it creates such a warm, communal atmosphere that fits a wedding perfectly. It was an absolute joy to cater in such a grand setting. 🥂🍽️

A busy first proper week back and what a week it was 🙌

From multiple canapé events to buffets and dinners. Everything from halloumi bulgur salad to Chicken Braemar on the menu — proof that no two days are ever the same.
