Ash and Rose were at Lakeland Trails | Trail Running Events over the weekend at their Keswick event, serving up our freshly roasted speciality coffee ☕️ a delight as always to work with Lakeland Trails.

Being outdoor enthusiasts ourselves, we always love setting up at events and getting to be a part of the action at the event hubs 🤟🏻

You can find us at a multitude of Cumbrian Sporting events across the year, next up, we’ve got The Lap - Windermere Ultra this weekend 🔃

He’s back from his holidays and Jonathan Wren is straight on tasting the newest potential additions to our seasonal speciality line up 🙌🏻

We try a huge amount of samples over the space of a year to whittle down the very best to bring to our roastery suiting both our personal preferences and also our customer base too, bringing a mix of both very funky and complex flavour notes, with also some very classic and clean washed offerings ☕️

Not only do we try samples from some of our favourite importing partners and select farmers, but we also quality control our own batches to our consistency and quality high 🤟🏻

It’s a big smile from Zoe as we’ve got one of our favourite farmers back on our speciality seasonal rotation! 🙌🏻

We’re welcoming back Edward Montiel sourced for us by his family member Volcan Farmers Project after a stunning debut last year with his washed extended fermentation Chiroso varietal.

This time around we’ve gone big, and got ourselves a first ever Geisha varietal from Colombia 🇨🇴 in at the roastery, processed as an anaerobic natural, we’re absolutely thrilled with how it’s roasted and can’t wait to get you all drinking it ☕️

We get big sweet nutty notes of Hazelnut, Praline and Vanilla - you can find out more on our website! 👩‍💻

Introducing, our summer coolers! 🧊 while we are still in summer 👀⛅️

🥭 🍎 Sparkling Dragonfruit, Mango & Apple
🍑🧊 Peach Iced Tea

🍓 ✨ Sparkling Strawberry & Jasmine Iced Tea

We soft launched these a few weeks back, while in the scorching sun ☀️ , courtesy of Zoe, and they’ve gone down a right treat for our non-coffee drinking visitors (or just fancying a cool down while perusing our newest retail bags or equipment 😎).

Once we move into Autumn, we will be moving onto some more warming drinks, and these will be coming back out again next Summer, but while it’s still warm - we’re clinging onto the refreshing iced offerings 🤩

☕️ Meet the newest (ish!) members of the team, Zoe and Rose.

This is a bit of an overdue post from us, but we are lucky to have introduced both of these all-stars a few months ago (back in May!) to our team at the Roastery; both bringing their own passion for speciality coffee and keeping us lads on our toes!

Both have had separate experiences in the industry before coming to us, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm with them, along with, packaging up any of your orders, making brews at the espresso bar and generally helping the roastery run smoothly from day-to-day.

We’re excited to have Zoe and Rose on board, and so appreciative of them already, please give them a warm welcome to P&W 🙌🏻🫶
