Well, well! Look what the Easter bunny 🐰 has brought us! 🤩

We’ve upgraded our retail bags, after taking on lots of feedback from our customers and from usage ourselves, to bring our all new and improved 250g bags; aren’t they just a beauty? 😮‍💨

You’ll now find these packed in your online orders and trade orders, and making their way on to the shelves at our HQ 👌🏻

Much like our 1kg bags, these feature an image from our good friend celebrating our home in Cumbria.

You guys have been loving our newest release from Finca Los Angeles so much, we’ve barely had a chance to post about it 🫢

Los Angeles is our first release from El Salvador 🇸🇻 for a couple of years and we’re always delighted to see the return of this exceptional origin to our roastery. We’ve managed to snag a black honey process this time around, where in the cherries are fermented for a longer period than usual with the mucilage still stuck on during the drying phase, giving very complex and delicate notes, whilst remaining big in body - heavy notes of dark chocolate 🍫 are prominent here rounded off by sweet toffee and lemon citrus 🍋 undertones.
