Today we celebrate, the one and only, Al’s big birthday! ⁣
⁣
What a legend we have in our team. Doer of everything (a hundred miles an hour), wonderful human, helper to all. ⁣
⁣
He spends all his time (apart from when he’s running) thinking and doing for others. Whether it be with st.john’s, blue light driving, support crews for ambulances, running the line at footy matches, not a minute of his time isn’t filled…the list is endless! ⁣

And last but not least, a great friend, work colleague and just a top bloke. ⁣

Here’s to a Fyne day out! ⁣

Few weeks back we had the pleasure of hosting our good friends Fyne Ales to brew a beer to celebrate their 25th (yep 25 whole years in this tospy turvy world of brewing) birthday. ⁣
⁣
It had to be a Westie! ⁣
⁣
Crisp & perfectly balanced with a gaggle of big hitting hops to bring intense citrus, tropical & passionfruit notes leading into a perfectly piney resinous finish. If two west coast breweries can’t bring you a beautiful westie, what’s actually happening! ⁣

Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Egger’s Special, Dr Rudi, Motueka⁣

Fyne Ales have been around our brewing journey, from our previous lives to current and we are genuinely proud to have been a part of theirs. 25 years of brewing some might fine beers and being such wonderful humans - here’s to the next 25 years and more outstanding beers.⁣

Bank Holiday is incoming, which means it’s nearly Tap Weekend at the brewery! ⁣

It’s gonna be a good un, we got new beers pouring (gosh we spoil you), the fabulous Cloud Nine Kitchen bringing their Mexican fusion menu plus we’re cranking the slush machine up with Frozen Beergaritas plus some limoncello spritz and maybe a new beer cocktail ⁣
