🚨 **POLICE HAVE ISSUED A WARNING.** 🚨

A dangerous character has been spotted in Kendal.

Known only as...

🍔 **THE KOREAN MOBSTER** 🍔

Last seen carrying:

🥩 A juicy 6oz beef patty
🧀 American cheese
🧅 Korean sticky onions
🥒 Pickled cucumber
😈 And an alarming amount of Mob Boss Mayo

Authorities advise members of the public **not to approach without a napkin.**

Witnesses report the suspect is:

Sweet.
Spicy.
And very much up to no good.

One victim was overheard saying:

*”I only meant to have one bite...”*

He has not been seen since. 😂

This burger doesn’t ask politely.

It makes you an offer you can’t refuse...

Then steals your appetite, your dignity and probably your shirt.

🚨🚨 PUBLIC SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT🚨🚨

Next Thursday 3 Sept, something deeply irresponsible is happening at Between the Buns Burger Night.

🍔 THE MELTDOWN 🍔

Here’s what we did...

We took a juicy 6oz beef patty.

Added American cheese.

Added crispy bacon.

Added golden fried onions.

Added our Signature Burger Sauce.

Then, instead of serving it like sensible human beings...

WE CUT THE BLOODY THING IN HALF AND DUNKED IT FACE-DOWN INTO A POOL OF HOT, CREAMY HOUSE CHEESE SAUCE.

Because apparently we don’t learn. 😂

This isn’t a burger you politely eat.

This is a burger you COMMIT TO!

Your hands will get messy.

Your face may get messy.

Your dignity?

GONE LIKE THE WIND…

Napkins will be requested.

Napkins will fail.

At some point, you’ll consider using a knife and fork.

❤️ LET’S COME TOGETHER & MAKE A DIFFERENCE ❤️

This Sunday, 30th August, The View at Kendal Golf Club is coming together for a very special day in support of The UK Sepsis Trust — raising money in memory of Jonathan ‘Jay’ Gibson and Paul ‘Med’ Metcalfe.

The day starts at 10.30am at Howard Street with the Under 14s 5-a-side Sepsis Awareness Tournament, before everyone heads over to The View from 2pm until late for a proper family afternoon of fun.

🎶 Live music from Hayden Sorenson
🎟️ Raffle with amazing prizes
🎯 Games for all ages
🍔 Delicious food & drinks
⚽ Football
🎈 Stalls & entertainment at the Football
❤️ And, most importantly, a chance to come together and raise money for a fantastic cause.

Food will be available throughout the afternoon of Pulled Pork Buns & Fries and Halloumi Buns & Fries (£10), with Kids’ Hot Dog & Fries or Chicken Nuggets & Fries (£7).

Bring the family, bring your friends, have some fun and help us raise money, spread awareness and save lives.

🔥🐷 THE UNDER PRESSURE PIG 🐷🔥

This little piggy didn’t go to market…

He went straight under the press. 😂

Slow-smoked pulled pork, smoked cheese, pickled red onion, crispy gherkins and tangy mustard BBQ sauce, all stuffed into ciabatta and pressed until golden and gloriously dangerous.

The pressure is on.

The cheese is melting.

The pork is smoking.

And somewhere, a napkin is already giving up.

🐷 Under pressure… but tasting Piggin’ Delicious.

🦑🔥 THE SQUID PRO QUO 🔥🦑

We had a squid.

We had a ciabatta.

And apparently, we had absolutely no reason to behave ourselves. 😂

Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, spring onion and our Cajun-style Comeback Sauce, all loaded into a toasted ciabatta.

A little bit of New Orleans.

A whole lot of squid.

And one very questionable decision…

Putting squid in a sub and discovering it works ridiculously well. 😏

This isn’t just a sandwich.

It’s a squid deal you can’t refuse.

Crispy fried chicken, hot honey glaze, American cheese, pickled jalapeños, crunchy slaw and cool ranch mayo, all piled into a toasted ciabatta.

🇯🇵💨 TOKYO DRIFT 💨🇯🇵

This one arrived at the kitchen doing 0–60 in approximately three seconds.

No licence.
No brakes.
Absolutely no intention of slowing down. 😂

We took crispy chicken…

Threw on Japanese slaw.

Added Kewpie-style mayo.

Sesame seeds.

Spring onion.

Chilli.

Then absolutely drenched the whole thing in sticky Teriyaki glaze.

Because apparently “enough” isn’t a word we recognise.

Same ridiculous load-up. Choose your weapon.

It’s sweet.
It’s sticky.
It’s crunchy.
It’s got a little kick.

And it’s about as subtle as a sports car doing donuts outside the kitchen.

At some point someone should probably have stepped in.

Nobody did.
