The final reveal! 🍋✨ So incredibly proud of this two-tier summer dream. And the best part? It’s Gluten and Dairy-Free!

Light and fluffy gluten-free lemon sponge, layered with zesty homemade lemon curd and blueberry conserve. To keep it completely dairy-free without sacrificing an ounce of decadence, it’s wrapped in a silky smooth, rich Plant Based Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

I finished the design with a vibrant, asymmetrical lemon curd drip and fresh summer berries, dried citrus and little pops of fresh mint. 🍓🌿

So thrilled with how this vision came to life! 🍰
