A very wet but very rewarding day 🥰

We are incredibly pleased to have placed with the following…

💚 4th Place in the primitive aged ewe class with Hollowood Brandi
❤️ 1st Place in the primitive shearling ewe class with Hollowood Dawn
❤️ 1st place in the primitive ram lamb class with Hollowood Enzo

Enzo then went on to win 🏆 RESERVE CHAMPION!!! Many thanks to Charlie for the assistance in handling the craziness and a massive Thankyou to Jane for judging!

❤️ 1st in the Rare breed ewe lamb class with Hollowood Audrey our Norfolk Horn

Audrey then went on to win 🏆 RESERVE CHAMPION!!! We couldn’t be prouder. A massive congratulations to Sue Michelle for winning champion with her stunning ewe! And again Thankyou to Jane for judging.

A very special shoutout to Megan for coming to assist and taking on the roll of showing the zwartbles in a continual class. Unfortunately they didn’t place but it didn’t wipe the smile from Megan’s face!

I’d also like to throw a special thankyou to Kerry and Myrtle as despite the sudden downpour whilst i was in the ring they stood and endured it. The support was greatly appreciated 🥰

A little glimpse of what’s been going on with our freelancing recently!

From morning drop ins to flock maintenance we’ve been keeping on top of little tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

As tupping time approaches there is plenty to be doing whether it’s weaning lambs checking the ewes over or fine tuning the last of the breeding stock for that final push.

We are currently offering our services to those who may need an extra set of hands or help bringing the new tup back from the breeding sale!
