Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that mental health matters, every day.đź’š

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we don’t know what someone else may be dealing with behind the scenes. A simple “Are you okay?”, taking the time to listen, or letting someone know that they’re not alone can mean more than we realise.

At Marsh, we believe that looking after our people means looking after the whole person. Creating a workplace where people feel supported, heard and comfortable talking about how they’re feeling is something we all have a part to play in.

Breast cancer can affect so many people, whether through a diagnosis of their own, supporting a loved one, or caring for a friend or colleague. That’s why raising awareness, encouraging conversations and reminding people to check themselves is so important.
