Introducing: Bailey’s Fudge Truffles!

A slightly different version of my Baileys fudge, but turned into truffles and rolled in cocoa powder and icing sugar.
They’re good. Very good.

It’s nice to do more than just fudge!

Often, I spend so much time making fudge, and there’s always so much of it in the house - we’re not really interested in other sweet treats! It’s easy enough after dinner to just grab a couple of pieces of fudge and we’re done.

But I really enjoy baking - I don’t do it often, and I’m by no means any good at it - and I’ve had a hankering to do some lately!

Found this recipe for cookies on mygfguide and had a go.
They’re very gooey, and spread loads so they’re massive but they’re SO GOOD!

I used some of the jmposneruk chocolate that I use for fudge, and it’s insane 😍

A cookie and a cup of tea, a perfect break from prepping for my event tomorrow!
