OUR QUICHE IS EXTREMELY POPULAR….

Why?

Because we only use THE best ingredients!!! Starting with the free range eggs from Station Farm, which is literally only down the road from our cafe! Beautiful free range eggs from Toms farm with gorgeous golden egg yolks, making our quiche light but also indulgent!

Then there are the extra flavours from vegetables from Bob at Southfields Farm (again, just down the road) and Houghton Ham another award winning and local supplier of delicious ham!

We are strong believers in supporting local suppliers and businesses because you can taste the difference!

Beetroot & Horseradish Relish (smooth) ~ perfect for a steak sandwich or added to hummus for a flavour bomb 🫜🐴 💣

Traditional Avjar Pepper Paste ~ delicious as stand alone dip topped with crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts, also as a roasted aubergine pasta dish or with salmon or chicken as an oven baked dish! 🫑 🌶️ 🍆
