We are welcoming two new additions to the Kudos Blends team as we continue to grow!

Rob Williams (right) has joined us as Production Manager, bringing extensive experience in operations and production management within the food industry. Rob will support the ongoing development of our production and warehouse teams.

We’re also pleased to welcome Max Jones (left) as Import/Export Specialist. Max will help strengthen our supply and delivery chain to ensure products continue to reach customers safely and efficiently.

Both Rob and Max have already made a fantastic impression with their enthusiasm, knowledge, and collaborative approach, and we’re excited to see them develop within their new roles.

Congratulations to Danny Francis and Marvin Read, who have successfully completed their forklift truck training and are now fully qualified operators.

Their achievement brings our total to 16 qualified forklift truck operators, with the majority trained in-house - keeping our production running smoothly, and helping us maintain a safe working environment.

On World Day for Safety and Health at Work, a day dedicated to preventing occupational accidents, it’s a great reminder of the importance of ongoing training. Our Health and Safety team plays a vital role in delivering programmes like these, helping to protect and empower our people every day.

We are on the lookout for Production Operatives!

Our Production Operatives play a key part in our manufacturing process. You’ll rotate across different areas, learn all production lines, and work to a set schedule under two supervisors.

Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts between 5:30am and 9:30pm. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience.
