"Have you heard of the Lidl Test?"

No? Right... let me explain.

I've discovered the quickest way to tell if a food reviewer is talking absolute nonsense.

It's called the Lidl Test.

Here's how it works...

You put them in the car.

You drive them to Lidl.

You give them a pound for the trolley.

And you tell them:

'Right. Go in there and review Lidl.'

Now, if they come back out and tell you Lidl isn't freezing...

Unfollow them.

They're lying.

Because somehow Lidl could be 25 degrees outside and minus 7 in aisle 4.

Second test...

If they tell you they've never been confused by the prices being above the product instead of below it...

They're lying again.

Every single one of us has stood staring at a packet of ham wondering...

'Why is that chicken goujon £14.99?'

And finally...

The most important test of all.

You send them into Lidl and tell them to buy Neo biscuits.

If they come back out and tell you...

'Honestly mate, they taste exactly the same as Oreos.'

Just unfollow them immediately.

Block them if you have to.

Because they're reviewing food with the same standards as a Labrador.

Now don't get me wrong...

Every bite was loaded with flavour, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.

🤯 One Bite Of This Loaded Sub And The Pizza Was Forgotten About...

📍 Pizza Crew, Andersonstown Road, Belfast

I walked into Pizza Crew expecting the pizza to be the star of the show...
Then the loaded subs landed.
And oh my days 😳🔥

There were two of them sitting in front of me, absolutely packed with chicken, peppers, onions, chilli con carne and goodness knows what else. They were loaded to the point you could barely get your hands around them 🤤
Every bite was unreal.

Then came the boneless wings tossed in Frank's Hot Sauce 🌶️🔥 Crispy, juicy and packed with flavour.

The cookies were spot on too 🍪👌

Don't get me wrong, the pizza was class, but those loaded subs completely caught me off guard and ended up stealing the show.

🍟 Homemade chips cooked perfectly
🍗 Sliced chicken supper loaded with homemade peppered sauce
🔥 Proper chunky chicken goujons with generous portions
👌 Friendly staff and top-quality food throughout

I've eaten my way around more takeaways than I can count, and honestly... Kelstar has set the bar ridiculously high.
