More than 2.5 years after having covid I'm still not well enough to resume ironing. But I do my best to support local small businesses, so when a friend offers to help you get out and the local café has just reopened with new owners, it's only right to support their new venture and try it out.
Despite not normally being a bagel fan, that toasted sesame seed bagel with goat's cheese and spinach, accompanied by a side salad and Ballymaloe Foods relish, was delicious!
