On today please take a moment to stop and take notice of how those around you are really doing….And how are you?
Sometimes in the pace and momentum of life we can miss something really important in others and ourselves. So pause today and..
💙 Take a moment to send a thoughtful message
💙 Pick up the phone to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while
💙 Do something to show someone you care and if you are worried about someone or yourself - please take action.
💙 And remember to be kind to yourself
If life is feeling overwhelming or you feel low or lonely, please, please tell someone how you are feeling. Don’t wait.
RSABI is here for you too 24/7 on freephone 0808 1234 555 and via webchat at www.rsabi.org.uk

A pretty dreich day for our final highland cow trailer tours of the season today.

2 full changes of waterproofs and a wooly tammy on all day. To say i was foonert by the end was an understatement 🥶💦

The weather may have been grim but there is always a positive out of a negative and just look at the experience the customers who braved the elements got.
