W W Wales A Scottish Butcher Company based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire since the early 1960's. Our fleet of 7 temperature controlled vehicles deliver 6 days per week.

We have a 55 members of staff working on sourcing, preparing and delivering the best Butcher meat in Ayrshire at our purpose built factory unit with a full EEC export licence. To ensure the finest meat for our customers, managing director Gordon Opray hand picks only the best scotch beef from Lanark and Stirling markets so we know exactly where our beef comes from. We cater to hotels, restaurants,

At W W Wales we pride ourselves on only selling the best quality Scotch Beef and Lamb.

Over many years we have built up an excellent working relationship with award winning Farmers Willie and Karen Purdon of Stravenhouse Farm in Carluke, Lanarkshire. All of our Beef and Lamb come from this farm.

Every cattle and lamb is picked to our exact requirements, from breed, weight, age, fat cover and grading.

It is also very important to us that we continue to support the local farmers and many other local suppliers in the area.

We are also very proud to employ over 40 members of staff all from Ayrshire.

Our shop in Kilmarnock, is open from 7am til 4pm Monday to Friday and 7am til 2.45pm on Saturday.

Home deliveries are available Monday - Saturday (regions may vary) and can be placed by calling us on 01563 535689 before 2pm for next day delivery.
