Circuit Training with Gavin

Circuit Training with Gavin Circuit training involves working your way around a 'circuit' of exercises that promote cardiovascular fitness, fat loss and muscle toning.

A 'circuit' usually consists of 6-10 exercise stations working at each for 30secs to 1min. Short rest periods are built in at the end of each exercise and longer rest periods at the end of each circuit. DIRECTIONS: Drive through Kilmaurs heading towards Stewarton. Take the last left as you leave Kilmaurs (Standalane). Drive 3/4 mile out into country and you'll come to a group of houses. Turn left

at the end of the houses up a very straight farm road to Wheatrig Farm

ALTERNATIVE DIRECTIONS IF BRIDGE IS FLOODED:

Coming from Kilmaurs/Kilmarnock

Drive out of Kilmaurs heading towards Stewarton for 3/4 mile
At the end of the long straight section of road turn left down country road (This has signs at it saying 'Bizzy Lizzy Flowers' and 'Floors Farm')
Continue for 1/3 mile then fork left
Continue for 1/3 mile then and you will arrive at cluster of houses
Take sharp right turn at the start of houses up to Wheatrig Farm

Coming from Stewarton

Take a right had turn 3/4 mile before Kilmaurs
This turn is at the start of the long over taking straight (This turn has signs facing Kilmaurs at it saying 'Bizzy Lizzy Flowers' and Floors Farm')
Continue for 1/3 mile then fork left
Continue for 1/3 mile then and you will arrive at cluster of houses
Take sharp right turn at the start of houses up to Wheatrig Farm
