As we are seeing more and more people coming in thinking we have your mail..

The post office and royal mail are 2 totally separate companies

We sell royal mail products but do not receive any off your mail or parcels unless you request it too come too us a local collect or a redelivery

Please do not get your mail just addressed and sent too us as this will be rejected and refused

Due to a change in Amazon's returns process, we are required to scan the manufacturers barcode on the item.

Please do not package your items if you choose that returns option.

Lastly, please do not be offended if you are asked to take your packaging away with you to dispose of. Due to the volumes of returns we process, we simply aren't in a position to dispose of everyone's rubbish.

Also to speed up the process, screen shot your QR code before leaving the house

Thank you
Mel
