Light moving across the River Borgie, a quiet moment in the north Highlands.

I roast coffee just down the road from here in small batches, powered by renewable energy and guided by care for place. Slow, thoughtful and shaped by the landscapes around me, perfectly roasted to highlight origin, varietal and terroir.
