After a fantastic Christmas last year, KL Events are bringing you not one but two festive party nights for 2026. But we have some bad news (for some of you – not for us!): both these nights are now FULLY BOOKED.

Kings Lynn Town Hall is the perfect venue for a big celebration like this, and these events will be something truly special - and memorable - for our favourite time of year. Roll on December!

Today we are talking food again because it’s everyone’s favourite topic…

We often assume that our followers know what we are talking about and hopefully that is usually true – but not always! So let’s do a bit of jargon busting.

What is a ‘Grazing Table’? Think of it as a feast designed to be shared.

A grazing table is a spread of delicious food laid out across a table, rather than served as individual portions. You might find a mix of cheeses, cured meats, breads, crackers, fresh and dried fruit, dips, olives and plenty of other tasty treats, all beautifully arranged for guests to help themselves. They are a popular choice for corporate events and celebrations (of any kind!) because guests can graze at their own pace, try a bit of everything and go back for more whenever they fancy.

Today we are acknowledging World Mental Health Day…

Events are all about bringing people together, but it is easy to forget that sometimes the simplest things can make the biggest difference to how someone is feeling. Celebrating something together, or simply having a reason to step away from the everyday, can matter more than we realise.

This World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that looking after our mental health doesn’t always have to mean big changes that can seem daunting. Sometimes it’s about making time for the people around us.

Today we are talking about catering because we LOVE food. Yep, we are foodies, and our clients are too. Many of us enjoy a glass of bubbly at a celebration, but all of us enjoy good food.

Catering should be about so much more than just feeding your guests. At KL Events, we create menus around your event and the atmosphere you want to create. It is never a one-size-fits-all approach…can you imagine how boring that would be?

Some people want canapés and grazing tables; others prefer a hot buffet or three-course meal. So, a set package with set food wouldn’t work. People would be in uproar, and rightfully so! Menus can also be adapted for allergies and/or dietary requirements.
