The business started at home, growing in a greenhouse and cooking in our home kitchen. We first started selling our products at farmers' markets. In 2005 we bought the farm and invested in a purpose-built commercial kitchen. In 2008, a farm shop building was added. In 2022 the original owners retired; all the same brilliant team have stayed on and been joined by new owners Amrit and Jenny. We have

a chilli display tunnel, a plant nursery, farm shop selling all our products & souvenirs and a small self service café. There is a chilli tractor slide for children to enjoy, all set in our beautiful 10 acre site, for the whole family to enjoy.

It’s finally time to spill the beans. Or should we say… the salt!

Made with our own hot habanero chillies, this is salty, fiery and seriously versatile. No complicated blend. No unnecessary extras. Just sea salt and a proper hit of habanero heat.

Sprinkle it over chips. Eggs. Avocado. Steak. Veg. BBQs. Corn on the cob. Crispy potatoes. Basically, if it needs turning up a notch… reach for the salt.
