I am at the Frodsham Market, and what a glorious day it is to come out and get some Happy bakes 😁😋
I have some savoury options with Ricotta Cheese ☺️

Christmas Tree Gingerbread or Shortbread pre-orders are open 😉 Also there will be Christmas biscuit boxes coming closer to the Holidays 🎄☃️ 🎄☃️

Haloween biscuits have made their spooky delicious appearance and I will be putting together a box and the FB post will follow, highly recommend pre-orders for the Haloween biscuits, but rest assured, will have some ready to go during the last week of October as well 😊😉👻🎃
Pre-orders are highly recommended, as it gets busy fast coming closer to all and any holidays 🤗

The prices are a bit lower, since I don't have the Market overheads today 😉 Fair is fair 😇

🎀the Apple Strudle was upgraded to dessert cup with Custard and Apple topping £3.50 ×8

🎀Overbrowned Brownie now is Brownies bites with Chocolate Ganache sauce £4.00 ×8

🎀Chocolate cake tin bake with Chocolate Ganache Buttercream £5.00 ×5

🎀Spinach Ricotta rolls £2.50 each or 4 for £8.00 ×16

🎀Wholemeal half loaf £3.50 ×4 (was said to me that full loaf is a lot 😅)

🎀Loaded bread with nuts, seeds, Cranberries and Apricots £5.00 ×3

🎀Red Velvet Cookies £4.00, coz this batch is a tad smaller in size

🎀Choc chip cookie boxes with 2 homemade sauces (salted caramel and chocolate ganache) £10.00 ×3

📣☺️Just a new bake photo, forgot to do the eggwash, so won't be selling these, but the chocolate spread puff pastry rolls will be available next Market and everything as always is available to order 😉

Morning everyone 😊 Unfortunately I won't make it to the Market today, have pulled my shoulder a bit 🙄 not enough to see the doctor, but enough to not be able to handle the gazebo and the tables. Additionally the oven has decided to change it's character 😂 Apple Strudel I baked came out lil too brown and so did the brownies... Brownie tray bake will be chopped up and turned into Brownies and Chocolate Ganache dessert cups.
Will do another post in couple of hours, the online sales and free delivery/pick up will be up and running, so watch this space.
Happy to deliver to home or the office ☺️😉

So...I am at the Market in Birchwood, however it seems quiet for the Saturday and I strongly feel I have overbaked 😅 again 🤭

All and all, feel free to reserve bakes right away, I will happily set them aside 😉😉

Have some new additions, as felt inspired 😊

The New items are:

✨️Ferrero Nutella Triple Chocolate Brownies £3.50

✨️Biscoff White Chocolate Blondie with Biscoff cookie crumble and Biscoff Spread drizzle £3.50

✨️ Cherry Muffin £3.00, had one just a lil while ago and the cherries do look quite dark, had to double check I haven't swiped the Blueberry one 😅 Also available Blueberry, Raspberry and Chocolate Chip, all with Cinnamon Crumble topping 😇

And Choc chip cookie boxes are back, my apologies to all who were after them on Thursday, I ran out of time on bake day, need extra 6 hours added to Wednesday please 😅

I absolutely am at the Frodsham Market 🤗 Busy with keeping the gazebo panels in place 😅 getting a bit windy...

Today I have Brookies, Cherry Cheesecake cups, Blackberry Cheesecake Cups, Vanilla Cupcakes, Chocolate Cupcakes, Triple Chocolate Brownies, Roasted Hazelnut Cookies, Pistachio Cookies, Pecan Butter Cookies, Big Red Velvet white chocolate Cookies, Shortbread biscuits, Dark Chocolate Chips Nutty Granola with freezie dried fruit, Ruby Chocolate Drops Nutty Granola, Wholemeal bread, Wheaten Soda bread, Loaded white bread with nuts, seeds, Cranberries and Apricots.

I am continuously failing with my Sourdough starter, as I forget to "feed" it.... 🙄 Attempt number 4 starts tonight 🤭 Perhaps I should name them 😂 surely will remember to feed "bobby" 😅

Also...I know it's "early", but...I have started to take bookings for the Gingerbread Christmas Tree that weighs nearly 2kg and base is 8 inch wide and yes, it is £45, however it makes an amazing gift to the table for the festive season 😇🤩

Meee😅 Wasn't much left after the market, there for no post 🫣🥰
In Frodsham on Main Street right now with lovely choices for both sweet and savoury.
The granola is new 📣 and so are the Baby Oreos 📣, they are just so cute 😍
