Have couple new bakes coming to the Frodsham Market tomorrow. Have some Chocolate and Vanilla cakesickles 😋 Have Pistachio BIG cookies and few smaller ones 😁
Hazelnut Chocolate Chip cookies and Chocolate Chip cookies got an upgrade, as I melted too much Chocolate for the cakesickles 😅
Loaded Bread had a little change, instead of Cashews I used Almonds because someone(me) forgot to restock Cashews 🤫
So still has Walnuts, Chia seeds, Poppy seeds, three toasted seed mix: Sunflower, Pumpkin and Linseeds alongside with Cranberries and Apricots.
The Cheesecake dessert cups are coming tomorrow, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry and Blackberry ☺️😉
And of course few other bakes 🤗

That lovely time of the day 😇 The weather was merciful, started raining once had gazebo popped up and under cover 🙌😁 and dry when packing up 🙌🙌☺️

So...I was asked if I do wheaten bread, I do now!!! 😁 and 4 loafs will be joining the Frodsham Market alongside with Loaded bread and Wholemeal bread that I baked for someone (as they can't their hands on good bread) handed it over yesterday and they have placed an order of another loaf for next Monday already 🥰🤗 And guess who did not take a picture of the wholemeal loaf 🙄🫣😅 But did do the Wheaten Bread pics 🙌

Also on the menu list are Pecan Butter cookies, Hazelnut Chic chip cookies, Butter biscuits Rocky Road traybake, Brownies, Blondies, Chocolate cupcakes, Vanilla cupcakes, Brookie cups, Choc chip stick cookies with two sauces, Old school tray bake and few more that I can't remember and don't know where my planning list went 😂😂
Of course will have a couple of GF flour bakes 😇 suggestions are very much welcome and do we want Cheesecake cups this week? 🧐☺️

Have been busy with some orders 😁🥳🙌

I did a Strawberry Victoria sponge with strawberry reduction made by me and fresh strawberries in the middle plus 24 Vanilla cupcakes 😇

Had a go with Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate Chip cookies and they will join me for the next Market 📣📣📣

And mixed flavour Brownies/Blondies, Chocolate Brownies with White and milk chocolate shavings, Blondies with white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries pieces and powder, Rocky Road with almonds and Biscoff Blondies.

Of course I made sure that Biscoff do not have rapseed oil in them, at least for now and hopefully they will stay rapseed oil free 🤗
