🍂🌻 AS THE SEASONS CHANGE, SO DO WE… 🌻🍂

The farm is starting to feel a little more autumnal as we get busy behind the scenes preparing for pumpkin season 🎃 — but don’t worry, there are still lots of flowers to pick! 🌻🌼

In fact, there are lots of sunflowers still blooming, and even more wildflowers coming out! 💛🌸

🌻 All sunflowers – just 50p each!
🌼 A jar of wildflowers – £5

Come and have a wander, pick yourself some flowers and enjoy a little bit of late summer on the farm. 🌿

☕🍰 We also have fresh homemade bakes, tea & coffee at the Horse Box Café.

🐶 And yes, dogs are very welcome — bring them along for a walk around the farm too!

We’re busy moving things around and getting everything ready for pumpkins, so it’s a little rustic behind the scenes at the moment! 🎃 ☀️ SUNS OUT, GUNS OUT! 💪🌻

Grab a jar from the shed — there’s a basket outside. Pick what you’d like and simply pay for what you pick at the Horse Box Café.

We’ve had lots of messages asking for another Flower Pounding workshop and one more evening surrounded by the flowers here at the farm… 🌼🌸

So… here it is! 🥰

Join us for a relaxing evening in our tipi, surrounded by beautiful flower fields, and create your own unique botanical artwork.

🍂 FRIDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER

We’ve given this one a little autumnal twist, with gorgeous autumn colours and paints, and some new flowers to add to your flower-pounding creations. 🍁🌾

🌼 YOUR WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

🌼 Pick your own jar of flowers and fill it with your choice of blooms - farm foliage
🎨 All flower-pounding tools, specialist paper & materials
🪵 Hammers and step-by-step guidance

What a wonderful day we had yesterday at Hull Animal Welfare Trust 🥰 Despite the rain, plenty of people came out to support this amazing place! We met some absolutely gorgeous puppies & their parents , was great to see so many success stories! We can't wait to be back for the Christmas fayre!

Despite the rain on Saturday, we had a GREAT day at the beer festival in Welton(only just remembered to post pics!😬😂), the toasties & the new SWEET toasties went down a treat!!

After weeks of planning, decorating and organising, the Lloyds Tour of Britain comes through our area TOMORROW – Friday 4th September! Stage Three travels from Hull through Holderness before finishing in Beverley.

And, we’re making a day of it! ❤️🤍💙

Come along to Thorngumbald Village Hall from 10am–2pm for food, treats, local businesses, activities, demonstrations and plenty of community spirit before and after we cheer the cyclists through! 🚴👏

What a season it's been! And what a way to finish, despite the rain, it was a fab day!
