I’m excited to announce our next Texas BBQ pop-up for collection on Saturday 26th of September.
We have 3 different options of our delicious BBQ for sale. Please make sure to place your orders by Thursday the 17th of September to secure your tray!

The Lone Ranger platter for one person and will include;

14 hour smoked brisket
1 x St Louis cut rib glazed
Maple butter turkey
1 x beef hot link sausage
1 x portion of pickles
1 x portion of pink onions
1 x slice of brioche bread
3 x tubs of delicious homemade sauces
1 x Banana pudding dessert

The Cowboy platter for two people, and will include;

beef cheek 8 hour confit in beef tallow

What a day! Our very first Texas bbq pub takeover is officially done, and we can’t thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting us.

We know there were a few teething problems along the way. We were preparing and serving a volume of food we’d never done before, our setup took longer than planned, and service was slower than we wanted. But we’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding and, most importantly, for sticking with us.

To everyone who queued for hours just to try our food — thank you. We genuinely appreciate every single person who came, whether you waited patiently, grabbed some food, came back to tell us how much you enjoyed it, or simply supported us from the side!

This was our first public event and we’ve learned so much. We’ll be taking everything we learned from today and using it to make the next one bigger, smoother and even better.

Most importantly, seeing so many people turn up and support something we’ve worked so hard on meant the absolute world to us.

Thank you for believing in us, thank you for your patience, and thank you for making our first Texas BBQ pop-up one we’ll never forget. ❤️🤠🔥
