It has been brought to my attention that a rival butcher has been spreading rumours and posting online that all our meat comes from Spain and that we are passing it off as British.

This is not true. However, if you would like any Spanish products we do have a fantastic supplier and often have / can get if you’d like to order

Iberico pork cheeks
Iberico pork loins on the bone
Rubia Gallega rib steaks
Suckling pigs
Some fantastic Wagyu
Chestnut fed dry-aged pork chops
Some stunning Ox beef, it’s eye-wateringly expensive but absolutely delicious.
The list goes on and on.

So if you’d like something really special, be it from Spain or anywhere else in the world let us know, we have some fantastic suppliers.

Staff wanted! We are looking for someone to join our fast paced small team, immediate start. Previous butchery or catering experience preferred. Job role includes production of both raw and baked products, maintaining a high level of hygiene and being able to serve the public.
