As well as being a top beekeeper, taking excellent care of our bees, Meik is a tremendous ultramarathon runner 🏃🏻
Over the weekend, he took part in the Rat Race 100 C2C from Edinburgh to Glamis. 100 miles, circa 4 x marathons! What a hero 💪
Well done, Meik, the team at Webster Honey and ALL of the bees are proud of you. 🐝🏅

🐝 Celebrating 10 Years with Webster Honey! 🐝

Today marks an incredible milestone as our beekeeper, Meik, celebrates 10 years with Webster Honey.

For the past decade, Meik has been at the heart of what we do. From many school bee-keeping workshops and caring for our bees in all weathers to producing the high-quality Scottish honey that so many of our customers enjoy, his dedication, hard work and passion have been second to none.

Beekeeping isn't just a job – it's an early start, long days, constant learning and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of every colony. Meik has helped Webster Honey grow over the last 10 years, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything he has done.

Thank you, Meik, for a decade of loyalty, hard work and countless jars of delicious honey. Here's to many more years ahead! 🍯🐝

Another goodbye for the summer, this time to our budding at Banton Primary School. Our iffy weather meant this was only their second lesson and despite them being 3 weeks apart, they had memorised their learnings from the first lesson and were very hands on. 🐝We will miss you over the summer holidays but can't wait to start again. Have a brilliant break 🧡

Last lesson at Condorrat Primary School before they break up for the summer holidays. The children were AMAZING, very hands on and enthusiastic and the bees were happy too 🐝😃
Wishing the pupils and staff at Condorrat PS a fabulous summer and we are looking forward to lessons again from August onwards, you are a wonderful bunch of beekeepers 🧡

The Scottish "summer" interfered with our lesson today at Condorrat Primary School, boo! 🌧 As always the Condorrat kids were keen as mustard, and we had a couple of attempts but got the message that the bees were not happy with the on/off rain. We'll try again when the weather improves, we love our lessons there, the pupils are so engaged. 🧡🐝
