I became a gin maker, self-built my own boutique distillery + created Gin Laboratory, as I wanted to create gin with everyone in the world.

Gin Laboratory is tucked away behind the Green Hotel, in Kinross.

It’s a unique space, part distillery / part presentation space, chock full of small + advanced distilling gizmo’s...

At the Gin Lab Experience, come personalise your own botanical blends. You’ll explore, sample, mesasure + blend.

Plus, design your own personal recipe bottle of gin.

“My every day is spent presenting experiences at the lab, outbookings + events or I’m busy distilling and bottling our range of botanicals ready for you to come and experience. So, whether you simply enjoy a gin or are a fanatic (like me), a visit to my lab is well worth it!”
