The Echlinville Distillery Home of Ireland's Best Wh***ey. Ireland's first single estate distillery. Crafting award winning spirits from field-to-glass in the heart of County Down.

Dunvile's Irish Wh***ey, Weavers Spirits, Old Comber and more. Nestled among the rolling drumlins of the Ards Peninsula, The Echlinville Distillery became the first newly licensed distillery in Northern Ireland for over 125 years – and the first farm distillery in Ireland - when it began production in 2013. A field to glass distillery, our new-make spirits are distilled from barley grown and harvested in our own fields and floor malted on our distillery farm, with every drop ‘trickle pot distilled’ to perfection. Our story is one of provenance, connection to the land and devotion to the ancient art of distilling. Echlinville is home to award winning premium spirits including the iconic and multi award-winning Dunville's Irish Wh***ey, Old Comber Wh***ey, Echlinville Gin, Jawbox Gin, Bán Poitín and Weavers Spirits. . With more than 100 international awards and accolades to its name, Echlinville has established itself at the forefront of Ireland’s spirits renaissance.
