Van will be back out this weekend at the Rabbiebraes in Kirkcaldy for a action packed fun day. Linton Lane center.

Our menu will look like this...

- Burger £5
- Hot dog £4
Add chips £1
Add juice £1

- Chips £2.5
- S+P fries £3
Add cheese £1

-4 x nuggets with chips and fruit shoot £5

-Famous loaded fries £8

Wee gig of 500 folk served in a couple hours RAPID!!! Built for speed so I am 😂😂

Great crowd for the Fife Council event. Amazing staff organised well.

We loved this today, it was a great day and we are looking to do more of these type events.

Well it's been an emotional 7 months sitting still. The shop is in a good place and we are now looking to get our wee award winning van out again for events, weddings and potentially a fixed site.

We have a HUGE gig booked in for the 18th of March really looking forward to that, buzzing again to be honest.

Anyone looking for bookings or potential quality sites for a pitch let us know.

Got some sad news for the Relish It fans of Glenrothes.

The van is now closed for the foreseable future. I have to go back into the shop as we are making huge changes next week.

We are still looking for someone to run the van to keep it open but haven't found the right person yet.

The shop has some exciting news coming later so if you ever are in Kirkcaldy keep your eyes open.

Thanks for the custom and we hope to get the right person for the role soon.

Duties include and skills required.
- Driving licence and use of own car is essential as some shopping for the van day to day will be needed.
- Cooking from raw and cooking specials etc, should be a confident cook with experience in a kitchen environment.
- Cash handling
- Customer service skills are a must
- Ability to work on own under pressure
- Working 5 out of 7 days a Friday, Saturday is a must with 1 Sunday a month
- hours are 10am - 4pm trading hours 11:30am - 3:30pm
- Use of LPG Gas
- Rate of pay will start at £10ph but for the right person if they can run the van without my help then a wage increase will be discussed.

- Slow cooked pork marinated in the spices from the Caribbean with red onion and peppers served over s+p cheese fries and topped with the Regge Regge man's sauce 😍

New opening times for the van folks. 11:30am - 4pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Still to get round the applications for a Sunday worker there was so much to get through and I put things on hold for 2 weeks while I launched the new business.
