La cuoca Valeria I love simple and earthy food, and I love sharing it with everyone! Come and try for yourself... That's why I'm fat.

I decided to start selling my homemade delicacies, because of the lack of proper Italian food in the area! "La cuoca Valeria" means "Chef Valeria"; a nod to my late grandma, who was the best cook ever. And a cheer to my daughter, whose middle name is Valeria.
