Well… what an opening weekend that was!

We knew Kirkcaldy would show up, but we never imagined the incredible welcome we would receive from not just Kirkcaldy, but customers travelling from across Fife and beyond. The support over the past few days has been truly overwhelming, and we are so grateful to everyone who came through our doors.

To the local businesses and residents of St. Clair Street, thank you for your warm welcome, your kind wishes, and for taking the time to pop in and say hello. We genuinely value building strong relationships with our neighbours and becoming part of this fantastic community in Kirkcaldy and the wider area.

To every single customer, from Kirkcaldy, Fife, and further afield, and from so many different backgrounds and ethnicities, thank you for your support, your kind words, and for choosing East Meats West. It has been wonderful meeting you all. We also appreciate your suggestions and requests for specific products, and we’ll be passing them on to our suppliers as we continue to expand our range.

To our family and friends, thank you for your endless patience, encouragement, and support over the past few months. It’s been a challenging journey at times, but seeing so many smiling faces this weekend has made every moment worthwhile.
