Linguine Miso Coconut Stew.
Ingredients:
Linguine, Roasted Sweet Potato, Aubergine, Chestnut Mushrooms, Light Coconut Milk, Soy Sauce, White Miso Paste, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, Spinach, Garlic, Ginger, Water, Black Pepper and Japanese 7 Spice Mix.
Please note the Linguine is Al Dente so the dish will need to be microwaved for around 5 minutes.
Always check that your food is piping hot before serving.
