Timber Haulage Operator required based in Dumfries & Galloway

We are looking for an experienced Timber Haulage Operator to join our team!

Requirements:
Over 25 (due to insurance)
Crane Experience essential with certification preferred.
Emergency First AID at Work with + F
CPC up to date (annual courses provided)
Must be willing to do nights out.
Ability to work on own initiative and also part of a well established team.

Good rate of pay with added bonuses and company pension paid fortnightly

Thank you to whoever took our fence out last night!
Sheep were out this morning right onto the main road which could’ve caused a major accident.
Another bill for us to foot thanks to a careless driver!

Tesco’s trying to pull a fast one I think 🤔.
The front (and only) label has no country of origin until you peel it back (which isn’t an easy task!). I had to ask a member of staff where it was produced and found out it was NZ lamb.
🇬🇧 Please support British farmers to ensure your food is of the highest quality and doesn’t travel thousands of miles to get on the shelves!🇬🇧

We are supporting Willdoes2004 with their charity vintage tractor run from John O Groats to Lands End. The charity supports young people’s mental health.
Please give them a wave of encouragement if you seen them in the area tomorrow!

This September, Billy Kitcher, Bill Parsons & Jack Macey will be driving their vintage tractors 900+ miles from John o’ Groats to Land’s End for mental health charity .

The 900-plus mile journey kicks off on 8th September 2025

Along the way, they’ll be camping rough most nights — but we’re reaching out to ask if anyone along their route could kindly offer a bed, a sofa, or even just a dry floor for the team for one night. 🏡🙏
