It has been great to see so many of you in enjoying yourselves in the karaoke rooms at Lanes. Since we opened, the most popular song is Pink Pony Club, which has been performed 94 times. ABBA are the most popular act and 5713 songs have been played in total across the two rooms.

If you haven't tried the karaoke yet, Room 1 can hold up to 8 people and Room 2 can accomodate 20. This is a private experience for you and your friends, with table service provided by our staff to prevent you getting a dry throat when you are belting out your favourite tracks.

It's the first of June and here are all your Rapture events for the month. Lots of great nights coming up. Tickets are on sale now for everything. It really helps us plan staffing etc if you buy tickets in advance and it means you don't have to take the risk of not being able to pay on the door if an event sells out.

We were absolutely bowled over (every pun intended) by the response to season one of our bowling leagues. Now that we have confirmed all the teams who wish to continue for season two, a few places have opened up for new teams.

There are 8 places available in the Tuesday night league and 1 place available in the Wednesday night league.

Tuesday league starts on Tuesday 25th August and Wednesday league starts on Wednesday 26th August. Leagues run for 10 weeks, plus an extra knockout league night on the Wednesday 25th November.

Tuesday dates are 25th August - 6th October, then 3 weeks off for the holidays, with league continuing 3rd November - 17th November

Wednesday dates are 26th August - 7th October, 3 weeks off, and continuing 4th November - 18th November.

For season two we have expanded the number of players in a team to eight, to give more flexibility around people's availability. As with season one, any four players from the team play each night.

Cost is £20 per team per night. This can be paid on the night or pay for the whole season in advance.
