Finally, we have a beautifully calm Sunday morning at Scapa Beach today. 😊 If you are a cheesecake lover, then try our basque cheesecake. This is so rich and creamy with the most velvety texture. Delish!😍 Another batch of creamy jammy dodgers and almond frangipane pastries here, too.
On the savoury side, We have smoked pancetta, brie, and caramelised red onion-cranberry relish or much shorter to say, our very cheesy pastries.

Good morning! Bit of a wet one but hopefully it will brighten up for opening. Recall these were popular and I haven't made them for ages, so a few almond frangipane pastries today.
And more creamy jammy dodgers. The demand was high yesterday! 😀

Good morning! It's Sunday and we thought it was time to bring back a favourite combination from our hot filled roll days. So, we have parma ham, brie and homemade caramelised red onion and cranberry relish. We have a few sundried tomato and mozarella too. There is another tray of fresh cream apple tres leches but if you are looking for a hot sweet treat today, we have toasted pecan-maple bread n' butter pudding cake. Served warm with a thick dollop of cream, this is autumn in a hot pud! 😋

Morning all! Fancy trying an autumnal version of our fresh cream tres leches cake? Soaked in three milks, topped with fresh cream and finished with stewed apples. All that's left to do is lightly dust it with cinnamon on serving. Maybe not as pretty as our strawberry version 😄 but this is so good! 🍎🍏🍎
We have another banoffee cake at the van for anyone who missed it yesterday.

Hello all! It looks like it's going to be a beautiful Friday, so we have lots of lovely treats for your cuppa at the beach.
Starting with this delicious banoffee cake filled and topped with a caramel marscapone cream, light and indulgent all at the same time. Back for a turn, our rhubarb and custard blondies, all zingy and sweet and moreish! 😋 Mustn't forget our zesty, luscious homemade lemon curd cake. 🍋😍

Good morning! It's Saturday and we have lemon meringue pies today (and tomorrow!). The pastry is crisp and 'melt in your mouth' stuff and filled with a delicious combination of our homemade lemon curd and lemon marscapone. 🍋 Lots of other treats today too!
