Congratulations to Trussells Butchers of Knebworth for an outstanding performance at this year's Smithfield Awards 🏆

As well as scooping the top prize in the BBQ category, Trussell's won gold awards for their venison sausage roll, sweet and sticky sausage, Lytton old timer sausage and spicy beef burger. Seeing our local small businesses getting national recognition for their quality and innovation is a real cause for celebration 😊

I was very glad to get a chance to stop in to share my best wishes, and pick up some Snowdonia cheese, Italian burgers and sourdough crackers too! 😋
