Extremely proud of this one ❤️

A customer asked me if I could do a double cheesecake as a trial run for a birthday later in the year 😍

They specifically asked for Daim bar on the bottom and strawberry on the top, with a base on each.

And here's the final result 👀😍

Strawberry coulis is also made from scratch, which I was a bit nervous about 🤣 but I think it's turned out great!

(The customer gave permission for me to cut the cake before delivery for picture purposes)

I'm very excited to make this again later in the year with a few tweaks and a slightly bigger version! Anyone who would like to inquire about cheesecakes, please just drop me a message.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have some time off over the Easter holidays 😆

So the order book is back out for anyone wanting to get last minute orders in before Easter 🐇

All made with digestive base and vanilla cheesecake filling, different bases and added fillings/toppings available at extra cost.

Orders being made to pick up/deliver for good Friday ready for Easter weekend but I do have spaces available for the week after if anyone needs them then instead ☺️
