We know it's only September... but lots of you have been asking!

So we have officially opened our bookings for Christmas at the Farm Park!

If you have a crafty and creative friend, why not also point them in our direction... as we get ready to book in our 12 days of Christmas Pop-Up shops for local and small businesses! Weekend days from 14th November!

Perhaps it's the change in weather, or the fact that the children will be back at school very soon... but we've had lots of messages about our Halloween and Christmas activities and events this week!

Witch Willow is back for two weeks this October half term, to host her Potion Pouring and Wand making activities. We will have our Trick or Treat lucky dip back too, with our Halloween Hunts around the farm. Plus our popular animal encounters and themed activities.
The Pumpkins you will see in and around our displays and photo points are all for sale too!

We will be accepting bookings for Breakfast With Santa and our Grotto Tickets from Monday 7th September, so please stay tuned for advice on how to book with us for this!

🌷🐑We are open today! 🐑🌷

🌡☀️The heat forecast does mean that some of our activities will change slightly. ☀️🌡

We will not be getting hands on with any of our furry or feathery animals, but our feeding activities will still go ahead.

Our bugs, snakes and tortoises will be out during the activities at 11.45am and 2.00pm, and we will be hosting this in the shade up near the play area. 🐍🐌🐢

Please remember, our animals may want to stay in the shade of their shelters, which we are happy for them to do! Our keepers are working to keep their waters topped up and cool and will be giving out enrichment and homemade vegetable ice lollies!

And also remember to look after yourselves in the warm weather too! Stay hydrated, make sure you have sun cream on and stay in the shade where possible.

If you are planning on visiting our site tomorrow, please be aware Floralands Farmhouse Kitchen cafe will have a reduced menu.

Our ovens and cooking equipment will make it even hotter in the kitchen for our staff, so certain items will only be served until lunch time, please check out our specials board as you arrive...

Remember we have some lovely summer salads on offer, and some wonderful homemade quiches too!

Our farm staff are starting work extra early to ensure the general cleaning is done before it gets too hot! And that we can make our animals as comfortable as possible. Please see our update in the morning with regards to visiting us and what activities will be taking place!

This little lady will be coming to live with us very soon! Look at that flooooooffffff!! 😍🥰

We are so delighted to announce that after a long search, we have found a beautiful companion for our miniature Mediterranean Donkey, Miranda!

We first met Freya back in May and it was love at first sight! She has been living with her mum and being weaned off milk so that she is ready to start her new life at Floralands.

Since the loss of Princess, Miranda has been friends with our miniature Shetlands, Billy and Bertie, and enjoys being with our large donkeys, but there is nothing quite like a bond between two little jennys! And so we are so excited to introduce them and create a long lasting relationship ❤️

We will keep you updated and in the loop as to when her arrival date will be!
But for now, if you have any special messages for Freya for us to pass on during our next visit, please post them below 🥰

🌡☀️Due to another very hot afternoon forecast, our 3pm animal cuddles activity will be substituted for a free meet our reptiles activity!☀️🌡

Our rabbits and guinea pigs can stay nice and cool in their enclosures and enjoy the frozen enrichment and refreshing snacks we have prepared for them.
