WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🥹

I came home two days earlier than my family from our holiday in Wales, and it’s basically been a whirlwind since then!

After 4 x 16-18 hour days in a row I was officially dead on my feet 💀 My mum even called it quits on washing up and drank a bottle of w**e (shout out to Mamma W&P, she’s my biggest cheerleader 🥰)

I can’t thank every single person enough for supporting me, with every purchase of a bake, a doughnut, graze booking, even the follows/likes/comments on social media, as every part is what’s enabling me to chase my dream the way I am 🥹🤍

Thank you for believing in me and trusting in W&P, it means the world 🌍

The first 10 boxes sold out in under an hour 😳 so I’ve decided to make one extra batch today (who knew my niche would be doughnuts?!)

Yesterday’s ring doughnut test went VERY well, and the feedback was honestly ridiculous 🥹

But I know some of you were waiting it out for the filled ones… so here you are!

Only 12 boxes available (yesterday sold out in an hour), so once they’re gone, they’re gone 👀

Tonight: 10 mixed boxes of 3 ring doughnuts for £10.
Sugar, Glazed & Biscoff 👀

Tomorrow: filled doughnuts are coming too, but they’ll be VERY limited given I’m trying a new method, so please don’t hold off assuming there’ll be enough for everyone 😅

This is all part of working out how I can make doughnuts a much more regular W&P thing without recreating the 88-doughnut chaos 😂

After the chaos of making 88 doughnuts in one day, I’ve decided I need a better system if these are going to become a regular thing at the driveway pop ups 😅

So tomorrow I’m testing an overnight dough to see if I can make bigger batches without completely losing the plot 😅

Which means… I need some willing taste testers this weekend.

If the test goes well, I’m thinking of doing a small doughnut drop on Friday evening with very limited availability so I can see how they hold up, how the process works, and whether this could be the answer to getting them on the menu more often.

So… who fancies helping me with my very serious research? 😂🍩
